I make product, design and technology work in the same direction

I operate like a design engineer for complex digital work: part strategist, part systems thinker, part hands-on maker. My job is to turn ambiguity into direction, connect teams around better decisions, and shape experiences that are useful for people and measurable for business.

Long-term collaboration

I have worked with Gustavo since 2017, and we still actively collaborate across many projects today. This continuity has been decisive in turning ideas into real outcomes. He brings product thinking, execution discipline, and very clear delivery decisions to every move. Without this collaboration, many ventures would have stayed conceptual and never reached users.

This is my story

I joined PROIA (the school's Advanced Informatics Program) when I was 12 years old, where I first used Photoshop, Macromedia Flash and Corel Draw. That access sharpened my creative instincts and led to my first creation: a Flash game where the player was trapped inside a cursed house, searching for clues and the key to escape. I drew every room, object and scene by hand, then programmed it myself. More than a class, it proved that imagination, drawing and logic could become an interactive product. That mix became an early pattern for how I learn by making.

I know it can look noisy from the outside, but that is the point

While a project is moving, my mind keeps rotating through craft, systems, incentives, constraints, politics, delivery and business impact so the work is done, useful and real.

Better customer experience comes from clear decisions.

Let's make the right ones together

Whether you're dealing with low conversion, complex journeys, or misaligned teams, the first step is always the same: understanding what's broken, what matters most, and what will create real impact. From there, meaningful customer experience improvements become possible.
