The problem: strong delivery, unclear positioning
Universa Digital was already delivering strong results for its clients through performance marketing, automation, and data-driven strategies. However, its digital presence did not reflect that level of maturity. The agency relied primarily on Instagram, with no institutional website to support its positioning. This created a clear gap: high execution capability, but low clarity in how the business was perceived online.
We were already delivering strong results for our clients, with structured campaigns, better lead quality, and clear performance improvements. But none of that was visible online. Without a proper website, our positioning felt disconnected from the level of work we were actually doing, which made it harder to communicate our value and build trust with new clients.

Key aspects of the business were not explicit. It was unclear that Universa operated as a full-service agency, services were not structured, and there was no centralized place to build trust or convert demand into leads.
The approach: clarity as the main conversion driver
The decision was to transform the website into a strategic asset focused on positioning and conversion, not just presence. The goal was to eliminate ambiguity and make the agency immediately understandable for anyone landing on the page. The approach was structured around answering three core questions that define any high-performing marketing operation:
- What does this agency actually do?
- Why should I trust them?
- How do I start working with them?
Instead of relying on generic messaging, the site was built to communicate value through structure. Services were clearly defined, the narrative emphasized outcomes rather than activities, and each section was designed to reduce friction in understanding and decision-making.
One of our biggest challenges was explaining what we actually do in a clear and structured way. Marketing is extremely broad, and when you don’t organize your services properly, people struggle to understand where you really generate value. We needed a way to translate our expertise into something simple, direct, and easy to navigate.

Positioning was addressed directly in the hero section, where Universa is presented as a full-service, data-driven marketing agency, supported by a manifesto that reinforces strategy, data analysis, and execution as core pillars. This clarity-first approach ensured that every part of the experience contributed to positioning, credibility, and conversion simultaneously.
The execution: structuring perception and conversion
The execution translated strategy into a structured and conversion-oriented experience. To eliminate ambiguity around services, a dedicated section was created to organize and present core specialties. Areas such as paid media, growth marketing, automation, CRM, landing pages, branding, and data analysis were structured into clear, scannable cards. What was previously broad and abstract became structured and understandable.
Trust was reinforced through layered social proof. Client testimonials, real use cases, and recognizable brands were integrated to demonstrate credibility and connect messaging with real outcomes.
A FAQ section was introduced to reduce friction and address common uncertainties around digital marketing. In addition to improving clarity, it also strengthened SEO by expanding content depth and keyword coverage. Conversion was intentionally centralized. Instead of distributing actions across multiple channels, the decision was to make WhatsApp the primary acquisition point.
The new website completely changed how we present ourselves as a business. Today, our positioning is much clearer, our services are easier to understand, and the entire journey feels more structured for the client. What used to depend on explanation now happens naturally through the experience, and converting new clients became a much more fluid and consistent process.

All CTAs across the site lead to a final conversion section, while a persistent WhatsApp button remains visible throughout the experience. This created a continuous and frictionless path from interest to contact. The result was a transition from a fragmented presence to a structured system where positioning, content, and conversion operate together.
